Privacy Policy

Who we are

FireWeave is operated by FigTree IT Solutions Corporation (“FireWeave,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains how we handle information collected through fireweave.io and related marketing properties. It does not cover any production deployment of the FireWeave platform inside a customer environment, which is governed by a separate agreement.

Information we collect

We collect only what you give us via the contact form, plus minimal server-side metadata required to process and protect that submission:

• Your name, work email address, company, and the message you write
• The IP address from which the submission originated
• The timestamp of the submission
• User-agent string, only when our middleware blocks a known scanner

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or fingerprinting on this site. We do not set non-essential cookies.

How we use it

Submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and, where appropriate, to schedule a demo or follow up about FireWeave. IP and timestamp data are also used to enforce rate limits and protect the form from abuse.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertising networks. We do not use the contents of contact-form messages to train any machine-learning model.

Third-party processors

Contact-form submissions are delivered to us by email through Microsoft 365 (Office 365 SMTP). Microsoft processes the message in transit subject to its own published terms. No other third-party processor receives this data.

Retention

Contact-form submissions are retained for up to 24 months from receipt unless you ask us to delete them sooner. After that period they are removed from active mailboxes and backup retention runs on standard Microsoft 365 schedules.

Your rights

Depending on where you reside, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete information we hold about you
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@fireweave.io. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS to our server and delivered to our inbox over SMTP with TLS 1.2 or higher enforced. We rate-limit and honeypot-protect the form to reduce abuse. See our Security page for more on platform-side data handling.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
