Terms of Use

1. Definitions

“FireWeave,” “we,” or “us” refers to FigTree IT Solutions Corporation, operator of fireweave.io(the “Site”). “You” or “User” means the individual accessing the Site. These Terms govern your use of the Site only; the FireWeave platform itself is licensed and delivered under a separate written agreement.

2. Acceptance

By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Site outside published APIs
• Submit automated requests to the contact form or any other form
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, honeypot protections, or access controls
• Probe, scan, or test the Site’s vulnerability without written permission
• Use the Site to transmit malware, phishing payloads, or unlawful content
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation in contact-form submissions

4. Intellectual property

All Site content — text, logos, marks, graphics, code, and design — is owned by FigTree IT Solutions Corporation or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The names “FireWeave” and “FigTree IT Solutions” and associated logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

You may view, download, and print Site content for your personal, non-commercial evaluation of FireWeave only.

5. No warranty

The Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Marketing claims and capability descriptions on the Site are illustrative; product capabilities are defined in a separate written agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FireWeave and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FigTree IT Solutions Corporation is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
